Difference between cerebrum and cerebellum
Cerebrum Cerebellum
1) it is the largest part of brain 1) it is the second largest part of the brain
2) it forms about 83% part of the total brain weight 2) it forms about 11% part of the total brain weight
3) it is divided into two cerebral hemisphere by median longitudinal cerebral fissure. 3) it is divided into two cerebellar hemisphere by median vermis.
4) it consist of outer grey matter and inner white mater 4)it consist of outer grey matter and inner white mater
5) grey matter innervates into white matter and forms Basal nuclei. 5) white matter innervates into outer grey matter and forms branching tree like structure called Arbor vitae.
