mRNA is known as messenger RNA whereas tRNA called as transfer RNA.

mRNA passes the genetic information from DNA to the ribosomes whereas tRNA presents in ribosomes transports the amino acids to the growing chain of protein in the cell.

tRNA contains lesser amount of nucleotides compare to mRNA.

mRNA looks like long and spiral chain whereas tRNA is of clover shaped.
