NADP reductase is the enzyme involved in the reduction of oxidative state of molecule.... It exists in two forms.
1. NADP, 2. NADPH
When the molecule get oxidised, the NADP accepts the electron from the molecule and get reduced to NADPH...... and vice versa and hence maintaining the stable state of molecule....
