1. Chlorophyll:
Plant cells exposed to sunlight possess chlorophyll containing plastids called chloroplasts which are useful for photosynthesis.
In case of animal cells chlorophyll is absent.
2. Cell wall:
A plant cell has a rigid cell wall on the outside.
In case of animal cell, the cell wall is absent and cell is enclosed by plasma membrane.
3. Plastids:
Plastids are found in plant cell and they are of three types: chromoplasts, chloroplasts and leucoplasts.
In case of animal cells, plastids are not found and are completely absent.
