The type of circulation in which blood circulates twice i.e., two times through the heart to complete the circuit
This is called as Double circulation. It is found in Mammals, Birds and Reptiles. Due to the process of Double Circulation, the intermixing of Pure and Impure blood in prevented as the Oxygenated and Deoxygenated blood is stored in different compartments inside the heart.
