The gravitropism is the movement or response of the plants towards or away from the force of gravity by the different parts of the plants. If the plant part shows a positive response towards the force of gravity is known as the positive gravitropism. When the part of the plant shows a negative response towards the force of gravity is known as the negative gravitropism.
