The limitations of the green revolutions are:

  1. The output of the Indian agriculture sometimes falls down and so India has not achieved self-sufficiency.
  2. The high yielding in all crops have not fully developed and has not been extended to all the regions too.
  3. Certain regions of the state only showed the best results.
  4. There are certain places of the state where famine condition still exist.
  5. There are still starving peoples in India.
  6. The green revolution cannot be considered as 100 percent success.
