A herbarium is the collection of pressed and dried plant specimens which are mounted on a sheet bearing the label. The herbarium sheets are arranged according to the sequence and they are used for the reference and also in certain studies. Herbarium is the term used to represent the institution which used to maintain the collection of herbarium sheets.
