The suitable temperature is an important factor which will mediate the process of germination. The germination of different seed occurs in a wide range of temperature. The optimum temperature for most of the seeds between 65-75oF. Some of the seeds require hot temperature whereas some others require exposure to cold temperature so as to result in germination.
