When a cell of pollen, leaf or shoot is cultured on a suitable growth medium under aseptic growth condition in a well-controlled environment is known as the callus culture. Under this condition the cell differentiate and then re differentiate to give rise embryoids which then form the plantlets forming the entire plant.
