The adolescence age for boys is 7 to 19 years and for girls is 8 to 18 years.

It is the period of growth from childhood to adulthood (age 13 – 19)

It is the period of a teenager when he/she gains maturity.Generally the period is 12-18 for boys & 10-16 for girls
