Water pollution can be described as the adverse change in chemical, physical and biological conditions or composition of water due to human activities.
As a result it becomes less suitable for which it would have been used in the natural state.
Water is very important necessity of life.
It is used for drinking, cooking of food and washing.
It is used for cleanliness.
It is used in large quantities for agriculture and industrial purposes.
Water is the universal solvent and about three fourth of the surface of the earth is covered by water.
