The inoculation process is done in the inoculation chamber where the explants are transferred into the medium for the growth and differentiation process. The process of transfer of the explant to the medium is known as the inoculation which is done under the aseptic. The aseptic condition is maintained ultra violet lamb, UV sterilization etc.
