  • Either of the two glands in the male reproductive system that adds secretions (provide a fluid medium, mucus-containing fluid) to semen.
  • These pea-sized organs are located below the prostate gland on either side of the urethra, at the base of the penis.
  • Other than bulbourethral gland the seminal vesicles and prostate gland too add fluids to sperm by secretion.
